We play games to have fun, of course now days there are a growing amount of people joining into this virtual reality. Many people do abuse themselves by playing games over the limit, but often they probably just lack some essence of the real world. As gamers we play to have fun, and playing games sometimes can help you in many ways, for example: many games are written in a specific language, so say you come from Italy and moved to American. You won't know one word of english, but if he was a gamer, he would most likely learn a lot of english words in games, however the results could vary depending on what type of games he is into. So games are not all bad, if you keep inside the controlled margin.
One main thing about games is that, if you go into a game you'll eventually learn that, winning isn't everything.
